Ashley & Mallory met in 2017 as teammates teaching 5th grade together for Henry County Public Schools. It did not take long for them to quickly realize they shared common goals & teaching philosophies. Right off the bat, they made a strong team! Flash forward to 2019, & they decided to leave the public school system & accomplish their shared life long goal. Owning & operating their own preschool! Not only do they Co-Own & Direct Little Pea daily, they also both teach at Little Pea Preschool full time. They teach our Pre-K & Kindergarten.

Mallory graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. Mallory & her husband, Garrett, do not have children yet, but have three fur babies that they love! Mallory loves being with friends & family, is ready to shop at anytime, & always has coffee or a diet coke in hand.

Ashley has her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education & a Masters in Elementary Education, both from Eastern Kentucky University. Ashley & her husband, Dylan, have two children together. Ashley loves spending time with family, visiting Target regularly, & is always ready for an adventure!

Amamos a DÃos y todas sus bendiciones. Estoy ansiosa por enseñar Español y un poco sobre DÃos.
Yo estudié Español en la Universidad de Louisville. Me encanta toda la cultura Hispana. Me encantan los niños y la oportunidad de enseñar Español. Abre muchas puertas y a esta corta edad los ayuda a ver muchas cosas diferentes y maravillosas. Estoy ansiosa por conocer a todos.

We love God and all of His blessings! I look forward to teaching God and Spanish together!
I have studied Spanish at University of Louisville. I love everything about different cultures. I love working with children and the opportunity to teach them Spanish. It opens so many doors and at this young age, helps them get a view of different, exciting things. I can’t wait to meet everyone soon!
Danielle Hebel
3 Year Old Teacher
Danielle is a graduate of Murray State University, with her Bachelors in Elementary Education. Danielle and her husband, Keith, have been married since 2014 & are proud dog parents to their dog, Murray. Danielle worked for an after school & summer program in Oldham County for 9 years. Saying goodbye to her students was bittersweet but she is so excited to start this new chapter with Little Pea. In Danielle’s free time she enjoys hanging out with family & friends, going to the pool/lake, and cheering on her Kentucky Wildcats. Danielle looks forward to building relationships with her new students and their families, while teaching a faith based curriculum.
Sara Graves
3 Year Old Teacher
Sara is a 1998 graduate from Eminence High School. She has been Married for 20 years to Tommy Graves. She is the mom to 5 children.
Sara enjoys teaching, reading, gardening, and spending time with my family.
She is First aid/CPR certified and has 20+ years experience in childcare ( 7 years with The Peapod Preschool).
Crystal Ernst
2 Year Old Teacher
Crystal is a 1998 graduate of Eminence High school. She has three awesome daughters. Crystal has over 20 years of experience working with children. In her free time she enjoys going to her girls sports, outdoors, theater (musicals) and she loves going on mission trips. Crystal is a member of Eminence Baptist church and helps with the youth group!
Kaylei Ernst-Farris
2 Year Old Teacher
Hi, my name is Ms.Kaylei! I am very excited to join the Little Pea team, as a classroom teacher! I am a graduate of Eminence High School. I worked at the Peapod Preschool from 2018-19, & have 9+ years experience in childcare. I am currently working in an FMD kindergarten classroom. In addition, I am first aid/CPR certified. In my free time I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, traveling, and coffee. I am looking forward to an amazing school year at Little Pea Preschool!
